AR Rahman in Concert hosted by MARG Swarnabhoomi
(Concert in aid of The A R Rahman foundation and The Shakti Foundation)
Chennai ,October 01, 2009: MARG Limited, India’s fastest growing integrated infrastructure company is playing host to the Mozart of music A R Rahman at MARG Swarnabhoomi on the ECR, In Chennai on October 11th .The concert is a fund raiser for The Shakti Foundation, an organization striving to make a difference and bring about a change in the lives of the physically challenged and The A R Rahman foundation that endeavors to make poverty history by setting up educational institutions to offer world class, state-of-the-art infrastructure and education to underprivileged children, The Live In Concert ,is a part of A R Rahman ‘ JAI HOWRLD TOUR ‘and is the first in Chennai after the Oscars.
The concert will feature 80 performers, the music maestro’s latest hits, and include India’s top singers and performers such as Hariharan,Sivamani, Sadhana Sargam, Blaaze, Benny Dayal, amongst other celebrated artistes.
