Suresh Krissna is one director who has churned out hits with an array of top actors, including Kamal Haasan and Rajnikanth. Bharat is his next hero, and the film, ‘Aarumugam.’ Bharath and Priyamani are pairing up in Aarmugam movie. The shooting of ‘Aarumugam,’ began this past week at Hyderabad Film City with a song sequence shot on four huge sets put up at a cost of Rs.30 lakhs. Bharat who seems keen on moulding himself as an action hero (‘Pazhani’ and ‘Nepaali’ are examples.) is pitted against Ramya Krishnan, who plays a haughty industrialist in ‘Aarumugam.’ Seetha dons another important role of Bharat’s mom, while Priya Mani provides the glam quotient. The film is being planned as a Pongal release.
