Bharathiraja celebrates birthday of Balachandar Stills

K. Balachander turned 80 last week and celebrated his birthday with Bharathiraja. A surprise birthday celebration that Bharathiraja organized for director K. Balachander. According to the sources, director K.Balachnder never celebrates his birthday and he did not reveal that it was his 80th birthday. Bharathi Raaja who took the initiative to arrange for a cake and got K. Balachander to cut it. This has happened in the shooting of the picture “Rettai Suzhi”, Tamil at Tirunalveli where both the ace director are donning prominent roles in the flick. Balachander said on this occasion that it has been given me an added strength and energy.
