With the title stright out of the lyrics of super hit song ‘Vennilave’ from ‘Minsara Kanavu’, the romantically titled film ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ stars Silambarasan. Gautham menon is directing the movie with Trisha and Simbu in the lead roles.
The team of Vinnaithandi Varuvaya was in Malta where Simbu got to watch the football finals. Malta Islands is a famous shooting spot with several Hollywood films, including Gladiator, being shot in these islands. It is also considered lucky by many film makers!
